The RIOs product is a seamless variation on the popular Rio by REHAU frame, which  is a flush casement offering that will really revolutionize the casement market and is the second system of flushed casements that Tradelink will be manufacturing from their March base.

The Rio frame was completed well before many manufacturers had even been tooled up to make the Rio by REHAU flushed frame and is just the first part of the process to ensure Tradelink stay ahead of the competition with the fabrication of the flushed fit frames.

Where as most fabricators will purely be offering the mechanical finish, Tradelink will be offering the seamless welded option to enhance the finish of the frame, that has been so popular with the R7s and R9s frames. 

The fused weld finish not only adds to the enhanced look of the frame, but creates a stronger joint to ensure not only viewing pleasure, but improved performance satisfaction.

The growing popularity of PVC-U flushed frames has helped focus the Cambrideshire based fabricators expand the factory space to cope with the increased demand from their customers and the market, and Tradelink hope that new machinery and systems will help to streamline the process further and speed up the service further.

The finishing of the first Rio by REHAU frame ensures that Tradelink are now in position to push on when the product is ready to launch to market and the fabricators are confident that when the profile arrives, they will be able to quickly turn around orders.

The successful completion of the frame came as the fabricators celebrated their 27th anniversary in the industry, after setting up business back in 1992 to help bring new products like this to market and supply the trade with a better choice and increased quality offering. 

The estimated April launch should coincide with the opening of the fabricators fifth windowcenter in their base location of March and the products will be manufactured from their Mildenhall factory.   

Along with the 2 flushed frame options, Tradelink also offer a number of lipped and stormproof casement windows in their portfolio in both PVC-U and aluminium.

Tradelink are also the UK’s biggest fabricator of REHAU products and also offer Kommerling to customers too.

In addition, the company have increased their door offering, bringing a wider range of Regiment composite doors to production in 2019.
